Event Waiver of Liability & Consent for Participation Agreement

Registered user in context of mentioned in this agreement refers to all users who have registered to events, booked services, or partakes in any activities hosted by Radiate Up Professional Service and any associated projects involving the organization.

By registering to Radiate Up’s (henceforth designated as RU) Dragon Activation, and Dragon Energy Healing of their own volition; and that as a client, I voluntarily choose to participate in and partake of activities, teachings, and offerings, including receiving Dragon Activation, or Dragon Energy Healing by RU and RU’s owners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors (collectively referred to herein as the RU PARTIES). As part of the Dragon Activation, or Dragon Energy Healing and hereby affirm my will and consent to receive the services offered by RU. Specifically, I acknowledge the following: RU’s owners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors (collectively referred to herein as the RU Party) create a Fields to facilitate my deeper connection with my higher self which could transform negative information into positive information. These fields can be offered in person or remotely, over the telephone, without touching the client. Registered user acknowledge the Activation can be strenuous and may cause physical reactions in some people. Registered user is solely responsible for and prepared to handle any pre-existing medical conditions. Registered user further acknowledge and agree that they have not been hospitalized for mental health reasons at any time during the last 5 years, and if so, have provided RU with a signed waiver by their treating physician or mental health practitioner. Furthermore, if registered user should require or desire emergency or professional medical attention, they are responsible for all costs associated with their care. Registered user releases RU Party of any liability associated with any illness or injury, physical or otherwise, that may result from their attendance at and participation in this Event. The Dragon Activation, or Dragon Energy Healing are not a substitute for conventional medical diagnosis or treatment for any medical or psychological condition. For such issues, registered user will seek the help of a licensed physician or other healthcare professional. If registered user participate in person at the event, registered user is required to have a valid medical insurance for the duration of their stay. Registered user understand that there is no promise, guarantee or other warranty of any results from receiving Dragon Activation, or Dragon Energy Healing service, or any services and consultation offered by Radiate Up Professional Service. Past participants have experienced a range of outcomes, from no tangible changes to some changes to significant changes. Always consult with medical professional regarding any medical condition and before receiving any service. Advanced consultation with your physician is advised and particularly important if you are older, pregnant, nursing or have health problems. Registered user acknowledge that RU has reserved all rights to physical and electronic materials related to the services, products, teachings, and blessings offered by and through the RU Party. These materials include, but are not limited to, books, CDs, DVDs, digital audio and video media and content, text in publications other than books, text on websites, photographs, images, and other design elements. Therefore, registered user acknowledge that they cannot be made, reproduced, or disseminated for any commercial or other purposes outside of the work of RU Party without express written consent and authorization, whether such consent and authorization are freely given or are through a licensing agreement. In consideration of being allowed to attend and participate in the activation, Registered user hereby agree to waive and release any and all claims for damages, injury or loss or other liability related to my activation and participation in the event against the RU Party including, but not limited to, any claim arising in contract or in tort, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise, that they, their family, or any person representing any interest in them may have now or in the future; Registered user agree that they sole remedy is to limit or discontinue their participation and attendance of the event, all of which they understand is their voluntary choice. Any dispute against RU Party shall be submitted to confidential arbitration, which under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the law of the province of Lynnwood, WA. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. The foregoing applies to the Event for which it is signed. My participation in the Event and the services offered was not solicited by RU Party. Registered user have read this agreement and acknowledge receipt of the individual documents listed above. Registered user understand these documents; agree to their contents and to be bound by them.

For consideration  registered user acknowledge, irrevocably grant to : RU’s owners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors (collectively referred to herein as the RU Party) (“Company”) and Company’s assigns, licensees, and successors the right to use their name, photograph, and comments as presented in e-newsletter, website, book, video, as well as any materials they may provide to RU, in or in connection with all editions of the above in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose in any and all languages throughout the world and in perpetuity. Registered user waive the right to inspect or approve versions of my image used for publication or the written copy that may be used in connection with the images.

Registered user agrees to release: RU’s owners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors (collectively referred to herein as the RU Party) assigns, licensees, and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of my name, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright. Company is permitted, although not obligated, to include my name as a credit in connection with the publications.
Company is not obligated to utilize any of the rights granted in this Agreement.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

What we collect and store

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

We accept payments through WooCommerce Payment. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to WooCommerce Payment, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
